Please note: All arrangements should be agreed with your speaker before a bookings is confirmed so that everyone knows what to expect. Travel and accommodation costs can be met by the TSE, in accordance with approved guidelines for the Scheme.

Many speaker’s presentations require a power point projector and white screen. Please check with your speaker and be sure to let them know if you have difficulty providing a projector and screen, extension leads etc. For example, if your equipment has recently broken.

To save additional travel costs, please check where possible with other Lodges or local groups to see if they are interested in hosting a joint event or holding a talk themselves.
